Retrieve the Untamed Ambassador's Banner from Grand Thief · Redbeard and bring it back to Merchant Ambassador Qirin in the City of Raging Tides. It's said that Redbeard is currently by the roadside north of the White Sand Beach, near the entrance to the Mountains of Despair.
