Mu Tieher is a villager here. Besides being a greedy miser, he's not that bad. Days ago it rained fire when something from the sky fell in the north of Dribbling Spring. Mu got very excited, claiming that it was a gift to him from the gods. To keep others away from it, he has been staying there watching his "gift." What else is there to say about him?
