Objectives
Shih's research into unbreakable wings encountered a bottleneck related to the legendary perpetual power. He recals that he once discussed this matter with Fang the Scholar. Fang seemed to have new theories about it. Shih requests that you consult with Fang and bring back any information he can give. Go to the Orchid Temple east of the Shining Tidewood and visit Fang the Scholar.

I've been studying up on the diamonds since I got them. Now I've made some progress on how to use it in making wings. To make unbreakable wings, Perpetual Power is required. But I've no idea where to find such a power or whether there even is such a thing. I've discussed this with Fang the Scholar. He seemed to know something about it, but he is now at the Orchid Temple which is at the east of the Shining Tide Wood. Can you go there and ask him about Perpetual Power?
