Go to the north of the Flag Hill and kill Dual-Bladed Centipexes to get 20 Morning Spirit Stones，then give them to Fan

After studying his book, I found that he indicated that the Dual-Bladed Centipex may be hiding this incredible power. They drop little stones which seem to posses incredible energy. I might be able to extract the essence of the stones if you can find some. Go southwest from here, you can find lots of Dual-Bladed Centipexes to the north of Flag Hill.
