Objectives
The Vicious Diabolic Shocktrooper is about to be reborn! Defeat the Glacix Elementos to prevent it from gaining power, then kill it once it is free. Talk to Frost Lord Holan when the deed is done. (There are three versions of the Diabolic Shocktrooper, depending on how quickly you stop the Elementos. Defeat any of them to complete this quest.)

You have defeated the Diabolic Shocktrooper. However, the sealing spell I placed on the city has been broken. My brother has awakened. There must be a connection between him and I! Find the Frost Elder in the Treasure Chamber. He is my best friend and he will do everything in his power to secure the future of this city. You must find him!
