There is an abandoned mine near Broken Bow Bluff that is still rich in ore. We were planning to reopen it, but it's been overrun by monsters. We need access to the mine! Please kill the Pyrogolth Apprentices and the Quillhog Enchanters who are currently occupying the mine. Go out through the west gate and you will see a path. Follow the path and you will reach the mine in the western Outskirts.
