Charmed Handkerchief

During the Wraiths' raid, the handkerchief was taken by the Phantoms of Grudge. I can't describe what the handkerchief looks like, but it should be in the hand of the Wraiths. If you can, please find it and repair it. The Phantoms of Grudge are fond of embroidery and should have the items you will need. They are on the other bank of the river. If you have everything, I think Merchant Chief Lu will help you with the repairs.
