A Mad River Ghost

Have you seen my poor wife? While alive, it seems I offended one of the river spirits and was thus cursed by it. I was compelled to jump into the river to my death. After this I thought consciousness would cease but it seems that I can still hear a lovely melody playing along the riverbanks. It is the song of my beloved wife. I cannot get these memories off of my mind. The water feels cold; I would rather sleep for eternity than have to bear these hardships as a wandering ghost.
