are attacked, the attacker will be stunned

for 1 second. For every 4000 Soulforce you

have, the stun duration will be increased by

1 second. Successfully stunning an enemy will

cost 100 Mana and end this effect; higher skill

levels reduce the Mana cost. Lasts 30 seconds.

Soul of Stunning shares a 30 second cooldown with Soul of Retaliation.

Sage version increases the stun duration by 1 second for every 4000 Soulforce.
