percent of your Soulforce. When you are attacked,

the attacker will be dealt damage equal to 0.5 percent

of your Soulforce. Any negative status effects you

from the attack will also be inflicted on the

attacker. Reflecting damage in this manner will

cost 100 Mana and end the effect. Lasts 30 seconds.

Soul of Retaliation shares a 30 second cooldown with Soul of Stunning.

Sage version heals you for 15% of your maximum Health.
