Depending on which quest you took, the amount of time that you need to wait will vary. After the waiting period is up, proceed to the Elder of Astral Light.

I can help increase your Contribution during these summer events. However, it requires patience on your end. How much of a reward you receive depends largely on how patient you can be. After you have waited long enough, speak with the Elder of Astral Light to receive the reward. If you choose to wait for 1 minute, you will be given a Small Gift Envelope which can increase your Contribution by 40 points. If you choose to wait for 3 minutes, you will be given a Medium Gift Envelope, which can increase your Contribution by 150 points. If you choose to wait for 5 minutes, then you will be given a Large Gift Envelope which can increase your Contribution by 300 points. Caution: All the Gifts Envelopes have a time limit of 3 minutes, so please use them within the 3 minutes. So how patient can you be?
