As far as I know, some Wraiths discovered the secret of the Chrono Wheel, and have infiltrated this place. I can't destroy them, so I'll leave them to you. Southwest of Heaven's Tear there are three Wraith arrays. You should defeat the Array Guard, Array Sentry, and Array Protector. After that, find the three Magic Array Cores.
