The Psychic Seer believes he has discovered the secret of the accumulating grudges. In order to confirm his suspicions, the Psychic Seer requested that you travel west to the Stairway to Heaven. Kill the Torgirn Warriors at the Stairway's eastern foot to get their Pendants, then give them to the Psychic Seer.

You came just in time. At the east foot of Stairway to Heaven the evil aura has been weakened. Based on my observation of the stars and weather, I've found the strange force comes from the west foothills of Stairway to Heaven. There must be a powerful monster influencing the weather there. This could be the reason for the strange situation at the Tomb of Shining Tide. So what we need to do now is to put an end to it. This crisis will only get worse if left uncorrected.
