I remember a guy. Many years ago, there was a visitor from Fortress of the Talon. Yu. Yes, his name was Yu. Before he left, father gave him a book of the history of City of Misfortune. As I know, there are many records about the scepter in that book. If we could find the book, it would be easier for us to find the scepter.
