The Wraith Hunter at Whetstone Keep wants you to kill the Noxtouch Culler within the Wraithgate and return to him with the Key to the Altar.

Conversations
Within the Wraithgate is a cursed altar known as the Tablet of Devils. Sealed within are the heads of the brave knights transformed into the Acephalic Riders. You must find the courage to step through the Wraithgate and search for the Noxtouch Culler, the steward of the altar. Kill him and retrieve the Key to the Altar, then bring it to me.
