Enter the Cube of Fate and find the Teleport Master in Room 38 Dragon Gate-EX. He should have a Jade Pad of the Dragon. If you can obtain it, bring the Jade Pad of the Dragon to Usher Lantos. You can enter the Cube of Fate from any of the Adventure Assistants.
