Foul Sandsadder is in the room with the Brigand Transient in the Hallucinatory Trench. Clear the room of monsters and you'll see the summonobot in one corner. Caution: If you trashed this quest, even if you defeated Foul Sandsadder, you still won't be able to get the signature.
