I'm afraid Yansheng has been controlled by the Wraiths, and turned into one of them. It's what those filthy Wraiths always do. If it's true, we'll have to kill him before more people are attacked by him. Guard Chin at the west gate is the only survivor of that battle. You can ask him where they were ambushed.
