The Celestone is a major power source in Perfect World. You can exchange the Celestone fragments you found at the Gem Merchant for the mirage Celestones.

Celestones are beautiful works of art, but they are also a strong power source. I'll trade my Mirage Celestones for the Celestones you find. Mirage Celestones can be used to refine your equipment, purchase Dice Tickets for the Cube of fate, or trade in for a new Genie from the Watcher of the Earth.
