Under the Elder's orders, I've been keeping the Wraithbeast city under surveillance since you discovered it. When I first arrived there, I found a man. He was trying to summon a huge magic array of divine power, presumably to try and seal in all the Wraithbeasts. Unfortunately, he didn't survive the magic array's activation.
