Tailor is a quest for characters level 5–150.

“I'm glad to see you progress so quickly. You have mastered basic combat. But I must remind you, to survive in this land of unrest, you should master a skill in order to make items on your own. The Tailor skill grants you the skill to manufacture fine armors. Talk to Tailor Yi in the South District if you want to learn this skill.”
