Charm Design

Charm Design is a quest for characters level 6–14, started by Merchant Fu.

“To the south of the Lost City, there was a small village which used to be a posthouse. Numerous merchants made it a flourishing place. But the advance of the Wraithbeasts changed everything. I have a relative who lives in the Village of the Broken Bridge. I lent him a talisman design for his studies; he must have mastered it by now.”
